Admissions Process & Fees
Rosegarland Care Home ensures that the right care package is chosen for the residents. We believe it is important to assess the individual needs of each resident. An individual assessment of care needs will be carried out with anyone wishing to use our services. This will be completed by a qualified and experienced member of our team and will involve residents and relatives, or family carers, where possible.
Clients interested in moving into Rosegarland are encouraged to visit the home and sample the atmosphere and level of service. A short stay may also be arranged allowing for the client to adjust to their new surroundings and get to know the staff.
A month’s trial period is always given before taking permanent residency.

The fees charged are dependent on:
- The type of facility required
- The type of care package
The home currently charges OPR2 rate with a negotiable top up dependent on the reasons stated above.
Depending on personal finances a client can either pay privately or receive payment whole or part via local authority funding.
Phone lines to individual rooms – this can be arranged though it is advised that mobile phones are far more cost effective. The home does have wi-fi which is free to use Dry Cleaning – the home provides a standard laundry service, service users will have to arrange with family/friends for specialist items to be cleaned.
